Butter Chicken, also known as Murgh Makhani, is perhaps the most famous dish to come out of Punjab. At Tandoori Tadka, we prepare this classic using authentic techniques passed down through generations. Our version starts with succulent chicken pieces marinated in yogurt and spices, then cooked in our tandoor for that smoky, charred flavor.

The magic happens when the tandoori chicken meets our house-made makhani gravy – a luscious blend of tomatoes, butter, cream, and carefully selected spices including fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) that give it that distinctive, slightly sweet flavor. The result is a dish that's creamy, slightly sweet, mildly spiced, and absolutely irresistible.
